looks simple. i like. Heck, I even bookmarked the page....I might actually use this occasionally in my business (a offline service business). thanks

 

very simple and clean looking site but it would look much better if we can have some horizontal and/or vertical lines(maybe dotted) seperating steps 1,2&3.

Also where are the ads. And what are those ads, your own TLA or something?

Pretty much untouch from the vendor, but credit for the position of cbmonster. = ) Email function broken huh ?

 

Could never get the email function to work.
So scrapped that script and got another.
ANd that one just hated me so much it would not let me make any changes.

So got this one that now allows one to not only upload files, but images also!

Just put the script up a few minutes ago, still have tons of work to get it customized, etc.

But....the email function works!
