    Nice color scheme.
    Some of the text is a little too close to the edge of the box it is in. Mainly on the 'service' page the text is too close to the left and on the FAQ page the bullets are actually on the outside of the box (this is all in Firefox)

    Like the logo and header but I would make the mouseover on the header a different color. It gets lost.

    Too many ads and bad layout of the ads. There is no consistancy

    I do not mind to much about the Adsense, some will go later on I am just finding best placements for $$$, I am still bringing in 300 UNIQUES a day and I just opened this yesterday :p!

    Looks nice, but that is because midload.com/ uses the same. Looks like you took the same layout, as they're very big and well known.
    I should go for my own layout, my opinion :)

    You may go for a new design if you want to make it look different than other file hosts. There are plenty of file hosts with this theme.

    Not sure what there is to rate?? I know its been mentioned but this is indeed the default layout.. Not sure what thats about..
