New features in Google Analytics

I haven't been logging into Analytics for 1-2 weeks and yesterday I logged in to add some new sites I notice there is several new features. So much more improved tracking information, adsense tracking, traffic tracking.

How long has this new features been there? Anyone noticed?

There are so many new features are introduced in google analytics like mobile app tracking, advance filters, Automatic custom alerts and so many.
