I accidentally ran into this: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=seo+&gl=in When you click on the phone icon attached to a few sponsored links there - it opens a text box which says "Google can call your phone now and connect you to this company" and invites you to leave your phone number. What do you think about this feature and how does Google charge for it? (I don't know its name so I couldn't find it in Google's official websites)
