Not sure if this is the correct place to post but I'm so stressed with Facebook, and their algorithms. I'm Admin on a Public Group, and as part of new Facebook changes anyone can now participate in a discussion even if they are not a member. We have a policy of moderating all posts before they become visible in our group, but replies to those posts are directly added and if someone highlight a post to us we can take action. That worked brilliantly. Now with visitors, if they post it comes through for approval as Participants Approval, but unlike a members post it does not show you what this visitor is wanting to post, or what topic they are trying to post in, all is states is a visitor 'Submitted a Comment' which you have the option to approve or decline. How are you supposed to moderate a comment you cannot see? Now if we approve the comment, and it's picked up by Facebook as a violations we are now getting Facebook threats to close our group down. Has anyone else encountered this issue, and what are people doing about it?
