    We all know that stating March 30, 2012 there will be a huge change in Facebook Fanpages, It will be like a TIMELINE in our facebook profile and there will be no landing page...


    So do you like the new Facebook Fanpage?

    that sounds pretty crappy to me. i don't even like the timeline look on facebook profiles, so it's probably going to be bad for business when it comes to facebook pages.

    Doesn't sound like a good idea -- from what I've read, there are very few people responded favourably to the timelines on FB profiles and having them on Fanpages seems to be another step in the wrong direction.

    They should have stuck with the old look, the new timeline interface, its not even getting a heads up from facebook users.

    I love it!

    For many reasons. I like the cover photo. Much better for creativity and branding of your business.
    And getting rid of the app system cuts back on all of the riff raff, bs information stealing apps.
    It also makes it so businesses have to come to people like me to create a custom page. No more FBML apps.

    I think it is a game changer and will separate most of the spammers and exploiters out of Facebook and open it up for legitimate businesses.

    So yes, I like it! I like it a lot!

    I also vote for the old style, It was simple & pretty. But after addition of TIMELINE in our FB profile, it looks quite embarrassing & difficult to use for those who use Computer for just Chatting on FB.

    The old style allowed for powerful fan gates and calls to action about clicking like to get something. Those were great. Now you can still do that, but people can look around much more first.

    There are a lot of rules about what you can put in the top image, no calls to action, suggest like, etc.......

    No really timeline is a bit confusing and I have experienced it as confusing on profiles and timeline on fan page may not be a good Idea.Anyways I have my fingers crossed till 30th march lets see.I hope I get used to timeline soon.
