Kinda basic header etc. Doesnt excite me too much.. But for what the site is designed to do it looks and works ok. I would just try and inject a bit of life into it. a bit of pizazz!!

Your site template is too generic. Header is too simple. Find a more attractive free template, you can find excellent free templates. But for me, best is to get a domain and a great design for the site.
