Well I do have free movies but they are links to various sites I have searched and found the movies online. I have a disclaimer about 3rd party links, dont know if that helps?

I have tested this again and again and again and each time had no problems with the serps.

Maybe you can enlighten me? or maybe you cant I dont know.

Key to search engine rank is thinking about your user, if you happen to have some dup content on your site as a result then chances are you will not suffer from it. There is no good reason for having dup content these days though.

Don't get me wrong Im not saying that dup content is a good idea, just that from my many tests that it will not get you banned.

I would be interested to hear of test results that show it will get you banned though, have you had such test results?

@azattacks - It's hard to say as I have no idea what copywrite laws are protecting the videos. Best thing is to talk with the source of the videos and check that its ok with them for you to use the vid's on your site, they may ask for a link but other than that I cant see them having a problem with it.

That would be awefull. I finally get to a payout on my adsense account and what?? Google could come back and say nope sorry you link to movies that are rated R. Then they have just had free advertising on my site for however long it took to reach the payout. Seems they would deny a site from the get go, if google is all about being fair (ahhemmm aglorizm)

Back to my original question though. On my site you cannot download my movies, I only search various other movie sites and link to that site's movie. Same with games. Is that something they would (for lack of better terms) flag me for?
