New Domain Name

    I have a 3 year old well established site regarding real estate. The thing is due to change in market trend I want to register new domain name (new brand name). I neither want to duplicate the contents of old site to new site nor want to redirect new site to current one as it will confuse visitors. What is the best solution under current scenario ? Thanks

    Just register the new name and setup hosting for it. Don't change anything on your old one.

    So do sperate seo for new site - right?
    Is it safe to redirect pages from old site to new site?
