New domain name?

    How is the best way to go about this?
    I have a domain name already registered with a PR of 4 but I want to register a new domain name for the site and start using that one instead.
    Anybody have any insight which way I should go? register the new name and do a 301? If I do that, will I keep the PR?:confused:
