new directoy for links

    I have problem with submission - tried to submit under shopping>office products>computer shopping but submssion form targeted to ROOT and when I tried to select Shopping from the drop down it said "category is blocked by administrator.
    I could add only to Shooping, please move www. rebel-rebel.co.uk to >office products>computer shopping

    When I choose regional | Malta I get the error

    "This category is locked by administrator."
