New Directory - Thanks

Thanks to everyone who has submitted to Kwik Goblin . It is now a PR3 with 1000 pages indexed and 2200 sites submitted.

Not bad in a month and a half.

I will be starting SEO Phase 2 to make sure the indexed pages continue to grow and that plenty of PR is continued to be spread to all those who have submitted.

If I were you I would pay the $50 to get rid of the link back to the script developer’s site. The last I knew it was a bad neighborhood due to a large directory network they developed with all the sites cross linked among other problems.

 

That will definately be gone at some point (by paying the 50)....Although this is an issue that has been raised before and part of the experiment for me was if you could get all the pages indexed despite it being the Free Biz Directory Script.

how fast do you usually approve sites? my submission does not seem to be live unless i forgot the category

By the way, if you submitted your site to Kwik Goblin it has been reviewed (unless it was in the last 30 minutes).

On average it now takes 24-48 hours only because of the sheer volume of submissions we are getting.

We will also be applying a Mod Rewrite sometime next week
