No need for a refund. Just a frustrating experience that could be easily fixed with a few instructions provided to customers.

 

I am sure. Can you at least tell me what information is supposed to go into the various fields on the form they provide? Can we put links for example? What categories are available, or is this just a free text fields etc etc.

 

I just did what t says on their website, they have been working for me the last 2 months, and get daily updates even tho i cant get into my gmail anymore lol, but i do get directories that send me confirmations daily.

go take a look at the categories they have in directories ie..... take an kids entertainment site

it could be in the entertainment, kids, etc section it all depends on your niche and where your goign with it

if you look at the categories in a regular general directory you will see the set up and where it goes.
