Yes, we are OBVIOUSLY the same person. You should read the TOS you agreed to when you downloaded and decided to use the theme.

There are two people that PAID a lot of money to make this a free template for use. The only thing WE asked was that you repect the TOS and leave our links in the footer.

What you do at this point is completely up to you and how you decide to run your business. As far as I am concerned, I hope you decide to use a different template. If you do decide to continue using this template you have MY permission, NOT mike's to keep MY link removed. In fact, I would prefer you don't put my link back (www.beacon-directory.com), I don't know what kind of stunt you may pull in the future and don't really want my website affiliated with yours.

are also the victim because this guy is a QBC who have removed backlinks from all free templates.

Advice to Mike and Lance: Directly contact the host and get the site shut down. Because it takes too much time for people like him who don't only violate yours but alot of people's term to get better and do the things the right way.

Please take my directories out of your site as a matter of principal as I believe your wrong in removing the links

I am in this industry for quiet a long time and have learnt to deal with people like you in a very quick way. Go search the world DMCA << in google and see what you get. I hope you know that it exists.

 

Just add the footer links, why are u trying to steal away the credit of designing, developmeny & sponsoring.

Don't try to be a QBC guy, there is a lot of effort put in to bring that template you are using on your site.

Seems like things have falled on deaf ears. I was to submit featured link to your web directory asked you to disable image validation you didn't + you haven't enabled featured links. Moreover seeing your arguments with mikey, dude you have lost good business.

 

Humm sry but i`m not asking for money for featured listing (just reciprocal listing).
I cannot recive money with paypal. Maybe if you want to pay with credit card.

I considered that its a new directory and free, also the templates was free and in my mind i belived that my backlink wont worth nothing.

lol. Imagine your directory growing up to be the next biggest directory and you get some money and sponsor some templates.
Now if you spot someone using your template or anything else your sponsored without a credit back ! won't you feel pissed.
Revert to the default template or use the unmodified free template.

 

smub, added but remember i can remove them at any time, also 1 thing my hosting company will never close my server because i dont keep the sponsor and the designer link in footer. Same thing applys to phpld script.
But i will keep them just for you to not cry. (joke)

Right, but that would be in YOUR terms of service, and that is your choice to do. Unfortunately, the template you CHOSE to download specifically states that you are NOT to remove the links. Why is that so hard to understand?
