Pretty cool looking arcade you got there. But, I have seen a lot of your features on other sites. You really want to promote the arcade and the forums heavily to beat out your competition. It's hard to get people to start posting in a forum that looks empty. It looks really nice though and it's easy to read and navigate so you should have great success with it. Good luck and promote like crazy!

Yeh.. you got a very well designed arcade.. I like the header.. Its cool..
btw, a banner just below the header or below the navigation bar will yield more results..lol

When I see a design like that I automatically think 'TemplateMonster' - not sure if thats a good or a bad thing; but it really doesn't matter as your visitors are probably not going to be like me!

High scores are a big plus for arcades as not a great deal of scripts support them. I know that they tend only to be available for the forum-based arcade scripts; but a lot of people using those scripts use them solely as a side-addition for the forum itself, rather than as a full arcade. The news and events block on the side is a good idea; almost goads visitors into beating the names they see there.

Obviously I know banner exchange traffic is important for arcades, but you've really stuffed them in there down the bottom - its not so much the number you have (as you've put them in an area most people won't scroll down to anyway) - its moreso the fact that they aren't "in line" with the rest of your layout - not contained within a table row or div - so they stretch across the full width of the screen, which in a high res browser just looks like a car crash.

Might be worth looking into exchanges with 'above the fold' policies and sticking one or two of their graphics higher up on your site; as these tend to return a lot of traffic (since you ad is also shown in a more prime location on other sites)

 

Thanks fot you feedback i have some a few adjusmenst to the desgin getting more above the folder just over 1 week old now and its got over 100 members and there been a good amount of play im happy so far
