New development - Search engine.

I'm here to launch a new search engine (That's still in development, but hey!)

I've been coding the entire week to finally get the crewler to work and yes, about 9 hours ago it started to work. Which I'm very happy about.

You can't give much feedback. I've got quite a large algo running backend. It's indexing about 500 sites an hour, which is still slow. However when I deploy more servers (If it goes where I want it to go). then It shoul

I am hoping to launch next week before new year but this could change. At the moment I know its going slightly slow but I am indexing pages at a rate of around 2,500 an hour

Like I said, I've been doing this for awhile now (I know I stated at the begining that I started around a week ago) but I've been consistently in development with this project.

best wishes to start new search engines, i thinks you have long way to go.
Its hardly i see any person start a search engines and stand in front of other popular search engines.
But its not so difficult, Google itself is giving opportunities to start your own search engines by using Google search API like http://www.google69.com/ . I'm using it and its working well
