s the eye, yet the color is brilliantwow - looks great. Brilliant colors - I'm jealous Seriously though it looks great - clean clear crisp, everything in the right place Good job!
Wrong forum . You need 10 posts to post in the Reviews section, I believe. It is very nicely done, however I do not understand the icons by your Home, Help and e-mail to me it looks like a wishbone, and seem a bit out of place. I would also consider losing the flash as a main navigation, flash is nice sometimes but not for your main navigation.
Nice, it looks bright and full of life... But there are too many colours in the text and that counter image doesn't look so good. You should put flash aside, gfx and good content are back!
Nice logo across the top, with a good change in gradient. I think your footer could do with a change to the font, it reminds of text seen on older, or less professional sites. Is flash still in? I've never been keen on it myself. Good effort though, nice use of colours.
I have never been one for flash, and it really serves no purpose here. You can do the menu effects with CSS and javascript, not need for flash. The colours are nice, but the sub pages seems to have some trouble drawing properly. For example, the templates page is out of alignment with the header and there appears to be more content to the right since a scrool bar appears but there is nothing there. The help pages a out of alignment as well with the header and the content not lining up. Really not much else to say. Only a few things to change to make sure that the pages all work properly with different browsers. Good luck with the site. Maybe I can find a look for one on my future forums there. LGR
Not a real big fan of Times New Roman personally, unless it's lots of text. Seriffed fonts like Times were designed for volume, where the eye has to keep up with the flow of text over numerous lines; sans-serif is the way to go for most web site stuff IMHO - entirely H The tiling background is a big strange - multiple blocks of color like that kind of jar a bit for me. Change specialist -> specialists; also I'd say "web site" rather than "Internet site", unless you're offering FTP templates too. The english version of the site looks like it's been run through babel once too many times. I realise english might not be your first language, but if you're trying to run a business with english clients, I'd seriously consider getting a proof reader whose 1st lang is english. $20 or a beer for someone to read through stuff will save you $$$ in the long run. On the plus side - agree about the vibrant colors; site looks clean, well laid out, easy and clear navigation & page structure. Oh yeah, the wishbone icons seem to be a recurring theme - maybe diversify your icons a little to add variety Hope that helps, and apologies if I sound harsh - just my honest opinion.
i'd get rid of the flash header, and never use flash for your navigation. i think that's just asking for trouble. other than that it looks cool. i'd add some subtle drop shadows to the overlapping browser windows to give it a little depth. i'd also try not to use images for text, so convert the Webmasters! bit into text.
It looks pleasant to the eye, almost, but not really. I don't like the definition on the snapshots. You can do much better job with that. And font for your site title sucks big time. Also the title "BBS Design" looks unprofessional. I think if you do some changes with this and generally with the font type it could look very nice.
