Okay, I'm new to the whole website .psd only design, I've made about 2 in that genre, mostly I make signatures, vectors and banners on PhotoShop so I am giving these a go...

What do you think I should do with the middle, what shape boxes, etc?

    Thanks, Sin.

Doesn't look too good imo, but good try for a first timer though.

    1. Try to keep the width under 960px (background can be repeated to full screen in css later; that 960px design could use "margin: 0 auto" in css)
    2. Overall theme too kiddy - try to play around with color contrast instead of sticking to kiddy purple. ;)
    3. Header and your contents container seems to be 2 seperate entity, try to blend your header and body and footer together as one complete layout instead of seperate "images"; a seperate "top banner", seperate navigation bar, was like a trend maybe 5 years ago, but not now anymore. :D

You should check out some really good designs at www.cssremix.com for inspirations.

    Just my 2 cents. :D

Thanks for the information, although that's a bit bias I like what you're saying...

But the thing is, I made it look like this because it is in a Gaming, Technical Music or Something along those lines..

Don't worry, this is an example of when I try and go over what I can do and lose inspiration.
