New design of ads ?

i found this new design on dp only no where else
in this format as the arrow shows <> , by clicking on those two small arrows , the ads were rotating and two new ads appeared (just like a slideshow) ,
it seemed a new format and i didnt find anything on their blog
so shared here
does anbody know abt this
