www.dneprimport.com I tried to make it clean, easy to read and fast to load. What do you think about SEO? Menu's, etc.
The header graphic takes up too much real estate. I would reduce height of it. Also, I am not sure if this is by design but your Adsense ad is setting right on top of your content and menu to the point that they are touching. I would space them out a little more.
"The website writer" I don't know exactly who your intended audience is, but I prefer a first person writing style. "I was out of town on business, but two of my writers have promised new articles by ... " Using FireFox 1.0.4 and XP SP2 there is something wrong with the rendering/positioning of the Google ad at the top of the page. It is covering the top 1/3" of the text boxes that should be below it.
I'm looking at it in Firefox and for me the adsense is actually overlapping down over the content by about half and inch.
- the menu expanding effect is bad - the balck title in the body need to be smaller - the overall look needs some enhacements, some graphic, some pic
You asked for SEO help not CTR help? If that is the case your asking for "on page" help and there are alot of things you can do to improve your SERP. 1. Add more links to the rest of your site use your top keywords as the href when you run out use "keyword1", "keyword2" etc... 2. Give your image an alt text that covers your keyword too. 3. Add more content to your first page (as I am sure you were going to do already) 4. Determin and mimic the ideal range of keyword density for your keyword in the top 10 sites in the SERP. 5. Loose the "Written by Administrator" or at least move it to the bottom of the text because it will be pulled into the SERP. 6. When you have more content on the page, link from point to point on the page 7. Use text links from inside your content to your secondary pages or even the page your on. 8. Your page title carry a lot of weight so try to keep it to your main keyword(s) and your url like "Dog Training resources : Dneprmport.com" 9. Leave out the "Dog Training Home" unless it's some kind of keyword? 10. Add your navagation again as links along the bottom of each page. As far as getting better CTR I use uguly website formats with little or no pics, match my colour, font, text size to my adsense ads, which are almost always the big rectangle.
Add more content to your first page I 2nd that. BTW, the blue nav box is unsightly, make it white with blue links.
Some other observations: 1) with the menu, blend the background colors. No reason to have the white show up here. 2) Agree with scotts post - lose the "written by administrator" text. If you'd like to keep it in, change the "administrator" name to a keyword (i.e. Dog Trainer) and modify the template to associate the editors site with his/her name (like http://dneprimport.com perhaps?). Good luck!
Layout is very dull and boring, try adding some life to the site with the use of more images in your layout.
Not sure what you mean here. Do you mean the white container or the blue menu items? Do you mean they flicker when you hover over them?
I know it's a minor detail, but I noticed your favicon's colors don't match the colors of your website. Personally, I would change that.
