Looking for comments on this design (not my own but the person who done it done a real good job i think)

I've a couple small things to change. (some links/font sizes etc..)

Dear friend, I have been a property agent for years ... nice site, no pictures though? - pictures will help ... also adsence, you dont need that much in there, and by the way my ad was being displayed!!

Not sure about pictures but will consider something like that maybee.

 

Liking the colors, but need more images.

Great design, but I'm not sure the e-mail box in the top header is needed since you have it in your site navigation already.

Some comments:
The advanced search does not seem to fit in with the design ( I am using IE)
Why so much white space on the bottom?
Pictures, pictures and some pictures

 

i really like the design, but as voiced by others, more pictures would be a welcomed addition.

yes, images will be very useful here indeed... also I don't see the need for adsense since I assume you'll be getting some income in the site itself... I think the ads just degrades the site and it makes the site look cheap and less trustworthy

 

Nice looking site, you do need some clear imagery to appeal emotionally to your customers. You may also want to mix up the style of your adsense displays so some of them bend in more with your body text.

 

Design is clean, but as for me not for property site. For windows software - yes, for property - no.
Also think about information architecture of you site - improve usability and quality of site use.
