Buying New design for my website

    Hi, im looking a designer for make me a new design for my lyrics site. I will need the design of 3 pages: HOME, RESULTS AND LYRIC.
    My site is: http://asq.in/0xdmg5 so please check it.
    I want the designer inspire in sites like: http://asq.in/iw5f6d and http://asq.in/nydpc2 for make the new design.
    My budget is $80 - $130.

    Please send to me the quote of the project (please dont send me the price per hour) and a portfolio.

    The Budget is pretty low. If you could increase it a bit we would love to do it and the kind of expertise we have, you won't have to worry about the Technology. For the record we have worked with Ericsson Italia and developed the Official Website of AS Roma(A famous italian Soccer Club).
