    I am selling a dating site which caters for sugar babies and sugat daddies.

    None. I haven't listed ads on the site but google adsense or yahoo or any ads could easily be implemented into the site. Users can also upgrade their membership from basic to a higher level - at whatever price you specify. I will happily add your google adsense for an extra $5.
