New daily content for marketing

I just added a free daily cartoon feature to my new site

My question is: what is the best way to market this new feature? Write an article, contact webmasters/bloggers, etc.?

EDIT: made a mistake, next time I will read the entire page, not just scan through it.

The daily cartoon has a small thumbnail, which when clicked opens up the cartoon in a large format.
