    The forum on my hookah website is showing up with the wrong width in IE.

    It works fine in Firefox.

    Any idea how to fix this?

    You don't have a proper DTD on the document. That kicks IE into quirks mode, where its box model is broken. See Rendering Mode and Doctypes.
