New crm and documentation system for business

    Hi all

    I need suggestions for substitutions for the office 365 package that i currently have --> http://365-solutions.dk/office-365/office-365-pakker/
    I need more options of document creations within a customer relationship management system. Any suggestions.. Userfriendly is a must -> very important!

    We using and integrate Bitrix24 CRM system. We have skills with developing a document generation tools.
