New CPM Programs -- Anyone?

Okay, so we know all about the usual CPM networks, like Gorilla Nation, Tribal Fusion, Fastclick (VAlueclick Media), Casale, Burst, etc. But does anyone know of any good new ones that just came on the scene and, more importantly, are trustworthy (i.e. they actually pay)? I'm looking to add some additional links to my CPM chain, so list what you are currently using, their URL (if you know it), and what they are paying (if they have a set CPM rate). I'm also willing to entertain pop-ups/pop-under only CPM networks such as Adversal, etc.

Fill the thread with your experiences with any new CPM networks, please.

Paypopup.com -- Not bad if you are looking for a popup network.. stopped using it after a while because my readers got irritated but you could try it out.

Claxon - really lousy rates but they accept most sites.

I've heard a lot about paypopup.com but have never given them a try. Do they pay? That's the big question.

I have just started with them again. I used them once and they were more than honorable. I had a semi-adult site, and they suspended it. But, they actually let me keep the ads up until I made $50 so they could pay me. This was a year ago, but not many companies are that cool. They then suggested for that particular site, I use Clicksor (I think they are related companies)

So for me, they are trustworthy company.
