yea its working because im the owner of this network. We just started yesterday but we hope to get an increase on publishers. Every new publisher you refer adds $0.01 to your balance. We Have alot of advertisers already but in need of publishers.

The design looks bad and these are the types of "CPM Networks" you need to look out for.

    Just my two cents.

Someone care to explain what the catch is with these new high paying CPM advertisers?

I can't fathom any way they could compete with the big guys.

well this is my cpm network and if you guys have any questions just ask me. Ive already got a ton of advertisers and we do make over $3.00 for targeted traffic. You can try it now it wont really hurt you too much since the payout is $1.00 and we make daily 24-48 hour payments.

Wow, I added it to my site, and it did a BUNCH of weird stuff to it. Each time I clicked through my site it seemed like it was loading a bunch of other pages in the background. Once I got a Google error page, once I heard something going on in the background.

If you care about having a reputable site STAY AWAY! If you have a ton of traffic you don't care about then by all means, get signed up!

People, seriously, look at the design of such a web site, the mispelling etc. Why would you even try to put such ads on your web site? You are bound to get something fishy.

I knew this right after I browsed the web site.

    Don't use such sites.

Total 100% bullshit site. The index page alone loads 100s of castlemedia, cpx and other ad programs while showing. Looks like cookie stuffer or other infested site. NO way I join or ever visit again!

this looks like the typical 3rd class PTP site.

    pay-to-promote means these iframes-loading-CPM-banner-sites-in-the-background-without-showing-them

often you also get spyware, virus or zango-like stuff with these iframes.

i bet they dont even pay out.
