If you wish to promote your website, just sign-up for free and start writing articles. You will then be able to create your own adverts (like facebook's) and choose topics you wish the adverts to appear in. You are able to put links in your articles, however, they will only be approved to form part of the Seekopia online magazine if the links included are clearly not blatant promotion or affiliate links.
BlackhatVault: I'm not sure what you mean, we don't pay out anything. We use Google Adsense as a contextual advertising platform so all you need to do is put in your Google Adsense Publisher ID and Google takes care of all your earnings. Regarding the referral sign up bonus, yes, we will be launching one in around 2 weeks when the first 2 weeks of testing is over. We have quite an aggressive marketing plan which will carry out over a number of months.
