Sitelinks are created automatically by google. It is not something you can directly affect. However, my tests show that you can influence the creation of site links by getting quality in bound links to inner pages of your site. For example, if you own widgets.com which has the page blue_widgets.html, you may be able to get a sitelink created for the search term "widgets" if you create good inbound links to blue_widgets.html. Then when someone searched for "widgets", widgets.com would show up first with a secondary sitelink for blue_widgets.html.

    Hi Manis,

Site links are links Google chooses from your website to show to people on the web. These links are the pages a visitor will visit in your site. Google put them under your site to make it easier for people Googling you to enter a specific part of your site.
You can change these sitelinks by enabling webmaster tools on your site. On this tool, you have a part about sitelinks. What you can do on them is delete sitelinks that are not adapted to your website.

And take the full tour of webmaster tools. Its an incredible soft Google created for us webmasters.
