Like the layout. Only things I can nit-pick on (from an seo perspective) are the following: 1. urls are not clean 2. some images are missing alt's overall it looks clean to me. Good luck with development. dev->7 (back links not considered)
Website looks good to me. My only suggestion would be to maybe streamline the home page so that there is a little less text. People have short attention spans now days (even those in positions of power) and sometimes people miss out on vital information due to skimming (usually when they see a wall of text).
