New ClickBank Vendor: Need insight on how to sell our Real Estate information product

    Guys,

I just got approved on Clickbank for my information product that teaches people how to invest their IRAs or 401(k)s in Real Estate.

I could use some insight into how to get affiliates interested in selling my product. We sell it for $97 bucks and I offer a 60% commission to affiliates.

I guess I assumed the 60% would be sufficient. Am I wrong?

I heard that 50% to 60% is a very good range to begin with. I started mine out at 50%. Always give affiliate an reason to promote.

    Hey OP.

Hard niche to monetize mate, I have an offer in this niche here. Feel free to analyze it and do some split tests on both your creative, your pricepoints, your commission to affiliates etc. You'll find that right now this market may seem hotter than it really is...

    Best of luck.

I would recommend posting your site - there is only so much advice people can give without seeing it and seeing what your current knowledge is like, and what you already have (or don't).

I think it is probably pretty basic right now and you are worried about turning away potential future affiliates, but if you get some feedback, and actually improve your site then come back and launch it properly then people won't mind that it used to be less than perfect - as long as it is working "now".
