With your lame commission you wownt attract any affiliates, especially since there are similar products with a 75 % commisison in the marketplace.

50% is a joke if you keep in mind that affiliates do all the work for you - by spending their time and money on promotion. By putting it to 75% will increase the number of affiliates and automatically the number of profit you make.

Honestly, if you are asking questions about how to sell your product, you probably aren't ready to sell a product. There are basic marketing to do's and rules you should know and follow if trying to promote a product through affiliate marketing. To name a few:

Competitive Payout
A/B Split Testing and Multi-Variance Testing of Landing Page Conversions before Product Launch
Affiliate Recruitment
Etc.
