New Click Bank Publisher questions

Hi. I'm getting ready to launch a site where I'll be selling my own fitness workouts.

First, I'm also using easy clickguard as well as easy clickmate software.

The point that I'm confused about is what is considered the landing page, the pitch page, and the download page.

Here's how I'm going to have the site designed.

The index is the main page and there will be links that will take you to the main pitch page of each of the workout types (let's say one link to bodyweight workouts, another to dumbbell workouts).

With each pitch page, there are three links to buy a beginner, intermediate, and advanced workout.

when you click on one of those, it takes you to another page where it's an upsell to buy all three (beginner, intermediate, and advanced) as well as a link if you just want to buy the one you were originally wanting to buy.

So in the clickbank account (as well as in easy clickmate and easy clickguard), I'm assuming my landing page is the index. But in the products area, are my pitch pages the original pages for the two main workout sections (bodyweight and dumbbell) or, are they the individual pages that actually lead them to the link where they would be moved to the click bank payment page?

In other words, do I have to list a pitch page for each of the individual books for everything to work right for me the vendor and the affiliates?

My understanding was that I could have the main landing page and an affiliate would be good to go using that, and then there would be separate hoplinks to the main pitch pages (bodyweight and dumbbell) respectively, and that would take care of that, and I shouldn't need any other hoplinks for the other connected pages. But maybe I'm misunderstanding the process.

Hope I explained that correctly. If need be, I can give a link to where I have it stored in my test folder so you can have a visual of what I'm explaining.

Thanks for any help you can offer.

    Mike

I would definitely like to see the final result. I am a publisher I would really like to know the name of your product. I think it's a great niche market. I would really appreciate if you had a way to link us to the main products.
I would greatly appreciate if you kept us posted on your progress.

    Cheers.

Ah great idea - your own fitness workouts! I had a very similiar idea which I was going to develop, I guess you are getting to it first! Can't wait to see your product in the marketplace.

Yup, I will most definitely post it on here when I have it ready to go (which will hopefully be next week). It should be pretty desirable for customers (especially since people are keeping money tight right now) as the workouts are bodyweight based, cheap (only $7.95 an e-book) and an upsell to buy three workouts for $19.95, include a bonus nutritional guide and commission will be 75%. so keep an eye out for it on this board.

Increase the price or no affiliates will promote it. Needs to be $37 minimum price if you assume a 75% commission on that.

You're probably right but, affiliates need to learn how to zig when others are zagging.

money is tight right now with people and if affiliates would promote products that are a little more on the cheaper end, they might find that the smaller commissions will add up with an increase in the number of customers willing to throw down $20 for something (and less likely to ask for a refund).

It's a hypothesis that i'm testing and we'll see how it goes.

besides, there's no way the product is even worth $37. Maybe in the next couple of months when I have more workouts on there and can bunch them together, then I can move it up close to that point.
