They are links to download Lime Wire, Bit Torrent etc.. nothing more nothing less. Screen shots are bogus as I sold a couple of these and had 1 refund which is conveniently not showing in the screen-shots posted by the OP. As well the hops are incorrect.
That's what most download products are, aren't they? Nobody's actually hosting this stuff themselves because it's illegal (especially in the case of MP3s etc), and it's way too expensive to manage the bandwidth. I'd bet that all the download products are just guides to using P2P networks, nothing more.
