    I got this email today:

As a NETELLER cardholder and valued member, you are the first to know that NETELLER is now offering a pre-paid card. We've worked hard to negotiate better pricing for you.

Benefits of your new pre-paid card
Your new pre-paid card is similar to your original NETELLER Card, but with the following benefits:

    * Re-loadable directly from your NETELLER e-wallet account and in the same currency, therefore saving on foreign exchange fees

    * Can be used at over 24 million MasterCard® ATM, point-of-sale retail and internet sites worldwide

    * Better pricing than the original NETELLER Card

This new card replaces the original NETELLER Card, which was retired on May 3, 2007. To learn more about the changes to the retired NETELLER Card and the new pre-paid card, including pricing, visit our member card FAQs.

Be the first to get the new pre-paid card
We will notify you once the new card is ready. To ensure you receive your card, please confirm we have your correct mailing address by signing in to your NETELLER account and selecting the "Options" tab.

He meant that another withdrawal money option is available for those you are looking for alternative payment processors to Paypal.

    Oh..I get it.
It's available in all country except Canada and the US. That's why I haven't got this email!

NETELLER requires users to register before they are able to make payment(correct me if I'm wrong) which isn't cool for customers. I really don't think it can be alternative payment processors to PayPal.

Neteller is not fraud. It's the same as Paypal but with less members.
I used the old card and it was ok.Once you withdraw the money to your cart you can get the money in 15-30 minutes! All you have to do is find an ATM with the Cirrus - Maestro logo.
But that's how the old card worked.I don't know about the new one.

Maybe it is but the site is live and working!

"Neither men have been involved with NETeller for a few years now, though it is not known if they are still receiving an "income" from the company."

They didn't get shut down, but the US department of Justice did freeze all US holdings in Netteller. If you had a US address when you signed up for your account then it's been frozen and logged and back checked and they're clearing them as fast as they can but basically, uncle Sam said stop. Which I think is a crock and way over the legal bounds of the US. Gambling is such a huge money maker for the federal government, they don't want any competition. They're working very hard to ensure no US citizen has the right to gamble online..unless it's a state lottery.

Neteller has been holding my funds since January and I advice you to stay away from them until the US issue is cleared in some way.

You just sign up and apply for the card. You will see the link on your account. They will send you the card in 15 days at the adress you gave. You don't pay anything.
With the old card they kept a 2$ fee,but I don't know about the new one.
When you withdraw funds from your account, you have the options to withdraw them with check, treansfer to your bank account or the Neteller card.
If you withdarw them to the card you have to wait 15 - 60 minutes and then go to an ATM withe the Cirrus Maestro logo.
You use the card as any other cards, just choose Checkings at the beginning and the amount you want. That's it!
Remember ,tha was how the old one worked. You should send them an email asking about the new one.Hope this helped you.:)
