New CAPTCHA for Previewing Posts

I'm one of those people who like to preview posts before posting them. I am constantly revising sentences and trying to improve on the grammar. Since I do preview posts so frequently, the CAPTCHA refreshes everytime so everytime I want to preview I have to retype in the new CAPTCHA.

Could we make it so that the CAPTCHA was only necessary if you wanted to actually submit the post, but not for previewing?

    Good idea.

But, why not just NOT preview it? I don't preview my posts.

I think it is important to preview posts, especially if they are lengthy ones. DP should want quality posts on their forum so this is why I bring it up. People who care typically do preview posts at least once if their thread is fairly lengthy.

Post it, then edit the post straight after it has been posted.

Iz it possible to make it so you don't have to enter it to PREVIEW?? It's really annoying when you have to enter it every time you wanna just preview it.

How about making it only show up if you have say less than 100 posts. Obviously a SPAMMER/bot will be banned by da time he/she/it haz 100 posts...if da mods arn't slacking off!!! :D Making a 1,000...5,000...10,000...20,000  post member have to enter it iz basically saying that every member iz a SPAMMER, and saying DP really sucks at stopping SPAMers!!!!! :D

Looking at how often you make threads I don't think it is a real problem that needs any fixing.

What if accounts with high post count are hijacked? not worth the risk.

I can live with having to enter the captcha twice if I want to preview a new thread. If it reduces spam/downtime then I have no problem with it.

I think Nintendo should get a special unreadable captcha for any new thread that contains [IMG]
