    I am starting a new online jewelry store. Do you know if I need to get just a resell license or a resell license and a business license? Do I need to get any other type of license?

    If you want to be legit - yea, you can atleast get a DBA (doing business as)registration done.....

    register with your county - inexpensive

    You will need a business license aka DBA and a sales license. The sales license is then used as a resale license if you intent to buy some wholesale merchandise only for resale through your own store.
