Hey, I am planning a very secure web based business. The business will be up and running (providing I have the right requirments) before Christmas this year. Thats basically within the next couple of months. Introduction The business will be providing cheap but very high quality web designs, (X)HTML/CSS coding, and Graphics design. I have been looking around DigitalPoint, and allot of people cannot sell there templates, etc. I can help them. We will be looking for around three members of staff before the web site is up, however when them three members are found. The business wil rise. How This Works Basically our company will consist of no pre-made, or mass selling layouts, coding, or graphics. We will make on request, and we always give full rights except for re-selling rights. These are not included as we are extreamly cheap and providing a quality service. However we do have seperate prices for re-selling products. Want A Job? Can you create web layouts, valid (X)HTML/CSS, or web graphics such as logos and banners? Are you willing to spend time doing work for the company? Apply now! I am willing to take on those members who are in need of help. We will get the customers, and service requests, you create the product, I sell the product. Getting Paid All workers will get paid monthly, this is for the start of the company. We will have promotion prices which will apply until our services have become known, and we have become an established company. The product cost gose mostly to the services creator, a small percentage gose to me for managing, selling, advertising. Basically getting and directing the work. Payments will be via PayPal. The split rates are very good for you. Is This A Full Time Job? No. I will not take on anyone who wants this to be their permenat job. This is more for those who want to work in there own time. You will probably get a fair pay to start with (depends on what sells) and eventually when we become a established high selling company you might get good enough pay for a full time job. How Much Do I Get Monthly? There is not a set rate for how much you get per month, basically what ever you create and I sell is the amount of money you get monthly. So if you get say for example $5.00 USD per layout, and you make 20 in a months work you will get $5.00 x 20 = $100.00 usd. That is not the rates, that is just an example! Promotion Rates When the company first starts serving, the creation rates will be low. However you will still earn some decent cash. The promotion rates may last for a while, but when we are fully staffed, and have continuosly busy scheduals we will get our final price rates. Final Price Rates These are the prices that the services will be at, they will never change. Unless highly needed. These will be good prices for deigners and coders to make money, and yet still affordable prices. I am looking for three members or maybe more.
