Here is a hypothetical question for DPers discussion. I have had the same discussion with 3 well respected marketing friends and all with different results. Question - If you had at your disposal a large money budget, experienced and very good web designers, good web marketers and a very solid SEO, what business model would you go after? Sub Questions 1. What niche would you go after? 2. What type of web properties would be needed? Social/dBase/Membership/Product sales/affiliate marketing/etc. 3. What steps would you take to get the business started? 4. What would you spend your budget on and how much would you need? As I said, I tried this with 3 friends who are all very successful making money on the web. I got 3 completely different results from them as to how they would make their web millions if starting from scratch right now and knowing what they do. I thought it would be a good exercise for all of us and maybe it could lead to a very nice business blue print.
