The food look great. Its a standard blogspot template. I would match the google add link colors with the links on the site.
Hi, I just stopped in to review your blog: Recipes by mom. The recipes look great and so do the food pictures. I like the overall look of the blog. I would offer a few ideas: one- upload a new photo with you smiling. It's funny what a big difference that can make. A smile welcomes people to your blog- like mom would! In the title, if you can change it to capitalize Mom, I would do that. I would also consider just a bit of chitchat with each recipe you post. "My family loves this stew on a cold winter night" or "I make this and freeze it for those hurried nights." Just a few words straight from you would make the blog more personal- or give a "mom" tip on each one- "Remember, don't go outside with wet hair" or those other mom-isms we all know and love. I think these little tweaks would add a lot more of your personality to your blog and help it stand out! Good luck! TeresaWrites4U
Yes, the food DOES look wonderful. I think your template choice works with the colors of the food. In the future, I'd consider developing a custom logo.
The template you are using make the blog look a bit generic, to make it look better you should get a professional template.
I think everything fits just right. The photo's of the food is great and adds just the right touch to your recipes. I'm torn on having a logo, on one hand it may add to your blog and on the other hand I like the simple text as it give more of a Mom feel. Bookmark for later use
