Has anyone tried this? This seems to be a part of Text-Link-Ads.com. I just wondered if there is someone in this program. I know Text-Link-Ads.com gets lots of traffic, so I am interested in joining. Even though they just launched there are some sites that joined already to review advertisers' site (services or products). Any good?
never heard about reviewme but seems good $20-200 for a post is good amount.. ill try this once i am done with my new blog. probably nothing bad in applying.

hey, I got the same message here. I guess they want only the topmost bloggers like problogger n techcrunch...
On reviewme, I've purchased posts on 2 blogs. I'll let you know how it goes from that perspective. The sites listed when they came out of beta were all top quality.
My blog was accepted and I got paid $50 for my review. You can see it at sleepyblogger.com along with the screenshots showing the GUI and how they ranked my site. A post (perm link) on my site costs advertisers $100, a TLA on my site costs $30 month (for comparison purposes). I was against PPP because they required positive posts, but since ReviewMe allowed pos or neg reviews, I gave it a shot. Took me about an hour to write the post so I thought that was a decent rate.
my other blog which have 6k link and 54k alexa got accepted..However, it worth only 40 buck a post...
no requirment or anything. But my guess is that they may look at your blog PR and alexa ranking to determine the price. It really depends on how you have grown your blog so far. Probably the price can be very reasonable if you have a blog JUST for that purpose?
I've been accepted and my first review was approved too. Worth $60. Check it out at http://www.vincentchow.net/416/review-of-reviewme It's a good way to earn big bucks if there're many advertisers interested in this.
Man Congrats that's really good $$$ you earned through a simple blog post lol...My blog also rejected Saad
... neither problogger or techcrunch are running ReviewMe articles only posting non paid news about it, Techcrunch really hates the idea of people being paid to post articles by companies they see it as very bad for blogging. I think the reason some blogs are not being accepted is also based on the time the blog has been going. As well as factors like technocrati, feed subscribers and alexa. I imagine this is because people don't want to pay money to be on blogs that don't have any proof of longevity.
I like the guys over at Text-Link-Ads - they're actually most of my revenue right now. I just realized that some of my subdomains have PR so I'm seeing if I can sell that inventory too. ReviewMe looks cool but in general the "industry" is going to have to look at ethics and disclosure. Paid ads should be noted as such, like when you see an "article" in a magazine that's really an ad, it says "ADVERTISEMENT" in small letters on the top. If something like this gets TOO popular you run the risk of people not believing blogs at all.
