obviously when you search with the name of the blog, you will get it on top

you won't get Facebook.com on top if you search Google
    NOOB!

Obviously Google falls in love for your blog.
Seriously, when I searched for your specified keywords you are not on the first 3 pages. It may be now the sandbox effect if it exists, however the honeymoon is over.

I actually dont see you on the 1st 3 pages, have you tried clearing the customizations based on search activity :

Anyway, the domain name really helps if its not too competitive.

If there is a domain name that exists that is key phrase specific and its not a highly competitve search phrase,
then often people will actually be searching for the site that contains the key phrase in the domain name

    Understand this:
So there's nothing special. Unless if you can rank from keyword with 1,000,000 searches and your blog has no post, that's something.

    That's a bit harsh g36

I would still look in to customizations based on search activity :

Quite a lot of people (even those that consider their selves SEOers) don't often ever realise that Google is building up a personal history of you searches, and when you re-search, the order of the pages will be personalised based on your previous searches, and your previous clicks. So many Search Engine Optimisation "experts" have been blind to this for a long time, but its often the cause of unexpected "really good serps"
