I think you should start with unique and real content posting on your blog, remember never copy from anywhere. Next check out the addthis widget and create accounts in all the bookmarking sites given in that widget. Whenever you post a new article on your blog, after 24 hours submit your article to all those bookmarking sites you got from the addthis widget. Also make sure you do cross bookmarking in all those networking sites
