There are alot ways to do this. Primarily via article marketing, facebook, twitter and of course online forums. Create "How to" articles based on your blogs niche , create a facebook page to promote your blog(facebook got 350 million users!) ,create a twitter page and account , prmote it like you promoting a movie ,trailer or some sort and dont worry about followers yet... you get them via your blog instead and lastly sign on to every single forum that is align to your blog.
