New Blog -- Email Subscriptions?

I recently started a blog. I'd like to have it so people can enter their e-mail to subscribe and then get an e-mail when I put up a new post. I'd like the e-mail just to be a link , maybe with the title of the post, and then a link to the post.

What options are there for this type of e-mail subscriptions for blogs? Any free services?

I am using Feedburner for this, and it's a free service.

It's very easy to set up, just click on the link in my signature if you want to see how I have done it (that's my blog).

Anyway, it's easy to use, reliable and free.

    Slymarketing is right. Use Feedburner.

It is neat and easy to set up. Plus your subscriber gets the full text including whatever hyperlinks and images you place inside.

What about Youtube videos? Almost every post I include a Youtube video--if they get the text, will they also get the Youtube video and be able to play it in their e-mail or will they then have to come to the blog? Is there a way with Feedburner to give a teaser of the text but not the whole thing so they have to come to the blog?

    Thanks!
