Well, the main purpose of this site is to track the total unique hits and views of a site over a period of a month. The trade-off is that sites get outgoing links and RSS feeds that link to their sites (also tracked).

If there is a great benefit in allowing open submissions without reciprocal link, I'll definitely do it; however, the main functionality is attached to the tiny gif image that tracks data.

Pet page? Well, if you have a pet BLOG you just have to sign up, add your blog, get the code w/ the image and put it in your blog somewhere static and when the stats update each hour, your blog gets a ranking that shows on the image!

It's pretty simple and there is a category for that.
