I've create a site that pulls the latest headlines from various news outlets and blogs so that users can comment, discuss, and vote up/down these topics: CrapSucks The name of the site might indicate that most comments will be negative, but that hasn't been the case yet. And it's light on design for now... Waiting to see what Google will think of this concept. Thoughts?
