    it is not loading for me either not sure what is going on maybe hosting on bad hosting copany or something or maybe it is not up and going anymore not sure.

    You page doesn't appear to be correctly formatted for my browser. Don't know why I would buy an ebook from someone writing about website flipping who cannot correctly optimize their own personal website.
