I haven't seen this before BUT it is annoying me. I work hard to try to reach to the top of the search engines while some jerk decides to hijack an .edu domain...and redirects it to their site. If you go to yahoo, and search 'current fha rate' you will see two edu sites www.xxxx.edu/collab/projects/htm/Current-Fha-Loan-Rates.html cs.xxxx.edu/~nagano/cs4500/pmwiki/wiki.d/htm/current-fha-rates.html both of those sites are redirected to http://www.latest-mortxxxxs-rates.com (I put the x's so these sites wont get any SEO) This site has had like 85k visitors!!!! They just started the website around October 2007. If you go to live.com and search the same 'current fha rate'...you will 9 out of the 10 sites are from .edu...and they all lead to http://www.xxxx-loan-expert.com...which is basically the same as above. When you go to Google...and search 'california fha rate' ...you will see www.globalvoixxxonline.org/?loan-offer=3299 It 'was' redirecting to http://xxxxonrefinance.com but Google stopped the redirect. As you can see that website HAS NO BEARING to be in the top 5. This website http://saxxonrefinance.com was in the top 10 for the word 'mortgage' out of 384,000,000 results. Also they have a PR4. It looks they're not in the listings anymore. If you go to live.com and search 'north carolina fha rates' you will see link thepxxcastnetwork.com/?offer=4745 which leads to http://saxxonrefinance.com I can't believe this website that was created Created: 2003-02-19 ....and has 2 DMOZ listings ...25k+ visitors is going to risk being banned by Google, Yahoo, and other search engines for some blackhat trick. I hope Matt Cutt reads this, and bans all of these sites.
